Early Fee
If we need to arrive at your venue before 8:00 AM due to scheduling constraints, a fee will be applied based on the team's arrival time
Please inform what time the photographers needs you and the bridal party be ready
Reservation
A 30% deposit is required to hold your date. The remainder will go towards your final balance. An invoice along with the bridal contract will be sent to officially confirm your reservation

Location
There is 1,5 euro/km travel fee that
will apply for any location services outside central Barcelona and parking.

Please check with the venue you’ve chosen what time in the morning they can open to receive the hair and makeup team. Some venues only allow access after 9:00 AM, which can make it difficult for us to stay on schedule for early ceremonies—especially when there’s a large bridal party.

We require a four to six-service minimum (depends on day of the week and time of year) for all weddings (including the bride). We are available for bride-only weddings, please inquire or set up a free consultation for more information. Pricing will be different for bride-only services. Pricing will increase per person if less than minimum number of services for locations outside Barcelona

For up to six services, one staff member will be assigned locally.

For eight or more services, two staff members will be available to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Please contact us for customized quotes for South Asian/Indian weddings, which will require additional fees due to early start times, extended service times, long/thick hair types, intricate hairstyling, and accessory needs.

For wedding day extended "touch-up" time, the hourly rate is 100eur/artist. One artist will be secured if possible. Extended touch-up time is calculated from the end of the first morning services to the end of the requested touch-up time. Wait time for artist will be included in fees. If hair and/or makeup is changed during this time, there will additional fees.

Wedding day and/or preview hotel valet parking fees will be charged to the client's room. If valet is unavailable and lot is required, parking fee will be included in contract or paid to each artist on wedding day.

For up to 2 staff members, there is no additional charge. Starting from the 3rd staff member, a fee of €150 will be added.
