HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
For a makeup appointment, please make sure your face is freshly cleansed and moisturized before your makeup artist arrives.
For a blowout/haircut, we recommend your hair be freshly washed and damp upon your hairstylist's arrival.
For updos and dry styles, your hair should be washed the night before your appointment to see best results.
For a manicure, please make sure your nails are clean and free of polish. We can remove Gel Polish at an additional cost.
When we arrive at your site, we’ll set up in 10 minutes, then get started immediately to ensure everyone is ready by the time requested.
We kindly request your seat be next to an electrical outlet and have an available flat surface for our tools
HOW DO I Pay?
For individual guest the payment can be made by credit card or cash in the day of the appointment
For special occasions as weddings and group of guests as soon as we have confirmed availability for your requested appointment, we will send over an invoice to the provided email which shall be paid by banker transfer 50% of deposit of the the total price service. The deposit is subtracted from the total service price and non-refundable. The other 50% it must be paid in the day of the appointment by cash, credit card Visa or Mastercard od bank transfer..
Cancellation: If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled following 48hours will be subject to a 50euros cancellation fee and loss of the deposit.
Barcelona metropolitan are free.
Outside Barcelona will be charge 1 euros per 1 km (both ways)
WHAT IF THE APPOINTMENT TIME I'M LOOKING FOR IS NOT AVAILABLE ON THE SITE?
